Workaholic Yao Wei is the female manager of the business department of a company. Because she pursues KPI too much, she doesn't realize that her relationship with her husband has become estranged. Most of the departments led by the Detachment of Women also had female-specific problems: pregnancy, being a nanny, and hidden pregnancy.
